This website is owned and operated by Yober Jimenez and the Exsystem team, These Terms comply with the terms and conditions under which you can use our website and services offered by us. This website offers visitors Software, Consulting and Cloud Services. By accessing or using the website of our service, you agree that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms:

 

To use our website and / or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to participate in these Terms as an agreement. binding. You are not allowed to use this website and / or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or by virtue of any law or regulation applicable to your case.

 

By purchasing an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full listing of the item before committing to purchase it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to purchase an item and completing the process of check.

 

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. "The fee for the services and any other charges that may be incurred in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged monthly to your payment method.

 

 

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") between Exsystem ("Provider") and "Customer" governs the provision of Provider's Internet products and services ("Service"). This Agreement enters into force from the moment the Client (a) indicates their consent through the Provider's website in accordance with the Provider's rules and guidelines, or (b) establishes an account with the Provider or uses the Service , or any element of it. The Provider reserves the right to revise this Agreement from time to time by posting a new version of it on the Provider's website. If Customer subscribed to the Service under an earlier version of a service contract, such revised terms will become effective fifteen (15) days after the revised service contract is posted. Customer after the effective date of the new service agreement constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions established therein.

Refund / cancellation policy

  • Fee. The Client agrees that it will be responsible for the payment of the fees for the Services and Equipment provided by the Provider below in accordance with the Provider's fee schedule that becomes effective on the effective date of this Agreement or as may be modified by the Provider from time to time. All service fees ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Cancellation and Termination Charges for Cloud Services.

 

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Customer may terminate Service upon written notice to Exsystem, no less than sixty (60) days and no more than one-hundred and twenty (120) days prior to the end of the agreed term delineated before expirte date.

All cancellation notices shall be signed and dated by the signor of this Agreement or authorized delegated administrator on Customer's letterhead and delivered to Exsystem. 

Customer shall clearly state which Service(s) should be terminated and shall be responsible for paying all fees through the end of the agreed term.

In addition, If customer elects to early terminate during initial term, Customer shall be liable for; Any and all waived or discounted  reflected in the agremment.

All Termination Charges shall be due to Exsystem immediately. If the Customer fails to timely cancel su agremment, then the agremment shall automatically renew for the same initial or renewal(s) duration set forth on the agrement.

Fulfillment / Shipping Policy​

  • All prices quoted are in US Dollars.

  • All products are checked and certified before being shipped

  • All sales are final, and no returns will be received, except in the cases listed below.

  • All damage and risk of transport, whether local or national, of the merchandise is transferred to the client when it leaves.

  • The customer must indicate the means of delivery (DHL, FEDEX, ETC) in case it is a physical product.

  • All prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice.

  • All sales are final, and no returns will be received, except in the cases listed below.

  • All products are checked and certified before being shipped.

  • All products are sent immediately once the payment is made, the delivery time will depend on the transport company.

Privacy Policy

 

Exsystem respects the privacy of each of our clients. if you require customer information to provide the correct data center services that each customer deserves. Therefore, you will not sell, trade, rent, lease or disclose your business or personal information to third party marketers or to anyone who is not associated with us as an advertiser, sponsor or promotional partner, unless necessary. to 1) comply with legal and regulatory requirements or to comply with legal process, 2) to protect the safety of our users, employees or property, 3) to defend the rights of the Site or the Company, or 4) to enforce the terms of the Agreement between Exsystem and the Customer.
